Housed in the Mori Hosseini College of Hospitality Management, a 62,500 square-foot state of the art facility on Daytona State College's Daytona Beach campus, the Hospitality, Culinary, and Event Planning Management courses are conducted in an ultra-modern learning environment for our students. The facility is complete with kitchens, high-tech classrooms for instruction in sales and marketing, mock hotel rooms, and areas for front office and concierge services training. Culinary students are taught in a student run café with oversight by their instructors.
Students will achieve competencies required to be successful in the real world. Graduates of our programs will bring quality and excellence to the hospitality, culinary, and event planning market. They are also eligible to apply to the Daytona State Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management program, with a concentration in Hospitality, Culinary, and Event Planning Management.
